Our drop-in days are:
Monday and Thursday
11am - 4.30pm

We provide space to socialise, quality meals at low prices, art group, drama group, movement therapy, board games and other activities and outings. All activities are free.

Run entirely by clients and volunteers, we are the new organisation providing support in Twickenham for anyone experiencing loneliness or social isolation, particularly as a result of mental health issues.

The objectives of Together As One:

To promote and protect the health and well being of people with mental health issues living in the London borough of Richmond on Thames and surrounding areas through the provision of user-led support, education and self-help activities in a safe and friendly environment, such provisions helping to reduce isolation, avoid social exclusion, promote self-reliance and increase self-confidence.
To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life of our beneficiaries.

Drop-in Service

The key activity of TAO is the FREE drop-in service which aims to reduce isolation and promote social inclusion by providing opportunity for service users to meet new people in a safe and friendly environment, and to develop their peer support networks and friendships.

The service aims to improve the quality of life of service users who are frequently excluded from social and leisure activities through a combination of low income and the social stigma that attaches to mental health.
